Supplier Evaluation
All suppliers undergo evaluation prior to collaboration, with strict oversight of material quality, production capacity, and compliance documentation to ensure stable and traceable material supply.

Sample Testing
Conduct testing on material samples and pre-production samples prior to mass production to validate their performance, safety, and compatibility with product design requirements.

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
All incoming materials and components must undergo inspection upon arrival, including visual appearance and specifications. Only those meeting inspection standards may be released for production.

First Article Inspection
The first product from each production batch must undergo detailed inspection to confirm its structure, function, and manufacturing process comply with approved specifications.

Online Full Inspection (QC)
Quality inspectors conduct individual inspections on every produced item, focusing on critical assembly and functional steps.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Dedicated IPQC personnel conduct regular patrol inspections on each production line to verify process stability, consistency, and compliance with quality standards. This ensures the entire production process remains under control.

Final Product Inspection (QA)
Finished products must pass functional performance, safety checks, appearance, and packaging verification before being approved for shipment. This guarantees the reliable quality of products delivered to customers.
